Warranty

All products are covered by manufacture's warranty or one year limited warranty from Sybercom whichever are longer from the date of purchasing. CPU and math-coprocessor purchased individually have 30 days limited warranty.
Please fax over a RMA request form or call in to receive a RMA number. No item will be accepted without prior authorization.
All return merchandise MUST have an attached packing list and a problem tag. No trouble found product will be returned to the customer with freight collect, plus 15% of the selling price will be charged for processing and testing.
All defective items will be replaced or repaired within the terms and limits of the Manufacturer's Warranty.
All returned merchandise MUST be received by us. before a replacement can be made.
All RMA must be received by us within 30 days after RMA # is issued.
Shipping charge must be paid by customer. Freight collect or C.O.D. will be refused. We are not responsible for shipping damage. All claims for shipping damage MUST be presented to carrier immediately by customer.

Products MAY be returned for full credit within 10 days from the invoice date if the product is defective on arrival or received in error. All returned goods must be packed in original package with all corresponding parts and manuals.
Prouducts must be received by us within 7 days after RMA # is issued.
A return for credit will not be given after 30 days from invoice date.
Shipping charge is non-creditable.
All credits can be used toward future purchases within a year.
