RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure

If you have a product that purchased from us are defective and are still under warranty. Please follow the  procedures below to get an RMA number from our service department. A RMA number are required for you to return the product for services.

  1. Have a copy your purchase invoice handy
  2. Call 510-353-0688 ask for RMA or e-mail support@sybercom.com for RMA#
  3. Please write down the RMA# on top of the return package
  4. Attached a copy of the purchase invoice to the package
  5. Use a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx etc..) to mail back the defective parts.
